Baba Edmond Brahimaj ( Baba Mondi ) a Bektashi leader in Macedonia and 2nd man in the Bektashi hierarchy in the world. Bektashi are unique dervish order, founded about 800 years ago by Islamic saint Hajji Bektashi Wali, when they became autonomous within Islam.
Differences between the Bektashi and other dervish orders:
1 - vows of celibacy
2 - They are not related by blood, but they believe in a spiritual kinship.
3 - Pale Saints when honor ancestors
4 - are allowed to drink alcohol (but not overuse it)
5 - They don't have a ritual that shows their commitment to God, because they say they are allways devoted to him during the day and at night
